Abstract
An empirical model was evaluated for utilisation of finished wood products from a harvested windbreak. With proper species selection and management, along with application of available incentive programs, landowners could produce present-value revenues that exceed the present-value management costs associated with harvesting wood from a windbreak, based on a 4% real discount rate. -Authors
