Abstract

Uranium deposition potentials in melts based on 3LiCl-2KCl eutectic mixture were determined on solid tungsten and liquid gallium, zinc, and Ga-Zn eutectic alloy cathodes at 550 °C. Gallium and gallium-zinc eutectic showed the highest positive shift (ca. 0.5 V) of uranium deposition.
