University of the dynamic crossover in glass-forming liquids: A "magic" relaxation time

Abstract

Literature data on the αrelaxation time in different glass-forming systems at the critical temperature of MCT were analyzed. The literature for all papers where estimates of the crossover temperature Tc (using MCT approximation) has been done for various glass-forming systems was carefully searched. The universality of the structural relaxation time at the critical temperature Tc of the mode-coupling theory was revealed.
