Abstract

The ENGINeering Economic Analysis (ENGINEA) software is developed to help engineering and business students solve problems in engineering economic analysis and financial management courses. The software provides users the ability to perform cash flow analysis, depreciation analysis, and replacement analysis. Other modules are interest factor calculations, loan/mortgage evaluation, and evaluation of investment alternatives using internal rate of return and benefit/cost ratio analyses. This software is unique because of its many capabilities; it is a one-stop shop of techniques for solving engineering economic analysis problems,.
