Abstract

The temperature dependence of ionic conductivity at low temperatures in the crystalline Li0.18La0.61TiO3 (LLTO) was studied. Time domain measurements of the electric modulus were carried out to investigate ion dynamics. Ionic conductivity showed Arrhenius behaviour over the temperature range 120 K - 300 K. The results obtained, excluded the possibility of using a Vogel-Fulcher-Tamman law to describe the temperature dependence of the ionic conductivity in LLTO.
