Abstract

We report on a mode-locked Tm:LuYO3 ceramic laser employing SWCNT as a saturable absorber. Bandwidth-limited 57-fs pulses, i.e., 8 optical cycles, are generated at ~2045 nm at a repetition rate of ~72.6 MHz.
