Abstract

We studied crystallization of n-Hexadecane (C16) in oil-in-water emulsion by 2D SAXS-WAXS-DSC and 2D microbeam SAXS-WAXS. The results suggest that the crystallization of C16 is largely affected by the surfactant at the oil-water interface.
