Abstract

Identification was made of a series of synthesized mono- and diacyl derivatives of diosgenyl saponins at various positions of the sugars. The complete assignments of ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectral lines were achieved by careful analysis of their homo- and heteronuclear two-dimensional NMR spectra.
