Abstract

Fabrication process: • Substrate-ink suspension compatibility improve the liquid transfer mechanism. • Parameter optimization can control the coating thickness. • Relaxation of crystalline domains is determined by viscosity of the ink systems. • Anisotropic coating is controlled by the solid loading of the ink system. Prospective Applications: • Variable barrier property with different anisotropic CNC coating. • Excellent flexible substrate for printing electronic materials. • Superior thermal conductivity among insulator polymers.
