Abstract
A study on the reroofing over failed roofs containing significant amount of moisture was performed. The computer model was developed using the moisture content data to predict the drying rates of the roofing systems containing wet insulations. The reroofing process, data collection and nondestructive analysis were performed on the old roofing system to study drying rate with the use of wet insulation materials.
