Abstract

A novel method was used to produce ultrafine polymer particles for both water soluble and water insoluble polymeric material. Spherical particles of PEG, PVA, and PVC with size ranging from 300 nm to 10 micrometers with ≈1% monodispersity were generated and collected for morphology studies.
