N2 - Electric power project is usually in long construction cycle, with large scale, and complex technology. All these characters make the power projects more risky in financing than the other construction projects. The paper combines the grey vague CIM model with AHP, and proposes a quantitative method to power project financing risk assessment. Example applications prove this proposed model's high feasibility and reliability in financing decision of power project.
