Abstract
The parallel implementation of the ORBIT code is discussed. This implementation includes algorithms for two and three-dimensional (3DSC) space charge calculations, transverse and longitudinal impedances, a parallel diagnostics module to calculate beam characteristics, and a transverse feedback module. The 3DSC parallel algorithm, and its timing and scaling with problem size and number of processors are described in detail.
