Abstract

The efficiency of available cluster computing software tools and numerical libraries is observed for scalable parallel cluster computing. The performance of parallel message passing interface (MPI) libraries and tools operating on cluster system on the clusters comprising symmetric multiprocessor (SMP) nodes is analyzed. A software is observed to provide the mixed mode parallelism of distributed SMPs. The procedures and algorithems to create more effective libraries for hybrid clusters are discussed.
