Abstract

Recent results of the neutral beam heating experiments (NBI), electron cyclotron (ECR) and ion cyclotron (ICR) heating experiments on the Heliotron E plasma are reported. In Section 2, the experimental systems, such as Heliotron E, gyrotron system and NBI system, are described. In section 3, the results on the ECR heating experiment are presented. In Section 4, the results on NBI heating experiments are reported, which include heating efficiency, energy balance, and high beta experiments. In Section 5, the results on first ICR heating experiment are reported.
