Abstract

The mechanical properties of the injection molded NdFeB permanent magnets were discussed. The test results had shown differences in the tensile strength of the injection molded magnetic materials at cryogenic, room and operating temperatures. The tensile stress-strain curves for polyphenylenesulfide injection molded samples with different volume concentration of NdFeB at four temperatures were given.
