Abstract

UNC has implemented vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities for TRISO and FCM fuel as well as non-fuel core materials. This paper provides and overview of the various fuel and material manufacturing activities that will be used to ultimately fuel USNC's and other advanced reactors in support of new nuclear deployment.
