Abstract

By analyzing M(H ≤ 30 T, T ≥ 0.7 K), BPCB was identified as a two-leg S = 1/2 spin ladder in the strong-coupling limit, J_⊥/J_∥ ∼ 3.5. A set of exchange constants accurately described all the data.
