Instrumentation Based on Position Sensitive Diodes for Laser Beam Stabilization with High Bandwidth and High Radiation Tolerance

Abstract

We have developed a laser position correction system using an analog position sensitive diode and feedback. The system demonstrates high radiation tolerance and band-width which is useful in laser-based beam diagnostics in high-power particle accelerators.
