Abstract
Most communities require analysis of the impacts of proposed land use changes on stormwater runoff, and have regulations designed to prevent flooding. However, concern over much longer-term impacts on ground and surface water supply, and water-sensitive environments such as wetlands, have prompted water resource managers, planners, community groups, and environmental professionals to look for new analysis methods.
