Generation of Narrowband 87Rb Resonant Squeezed Light with Four-Wave Mixing

Abstract

We generate narrowband squeezed light resonant with the D1 F = 2→F' = 2 transition of 87Rb with four-wave mixing in 85Rb. Two-mode and single-mode resonant squeezing is generated with levels of -6:3 dB and -2:1 dB, respectively.
