Generation of narrowband 87Rb resonant squeezed light with four-wave mixing

Abstract

We generate narrowband squeezed light resonant with the D1 F = 2 → F0 = 2 transition of 87Rb with four-wave mixing in 85Rb. Two-mode and single-mode resonant squeezing is generated with levels of −6.3 dB and −2.1 dB, respectively.
