Abstract
The first observation of [Formula Presented] decays to [Formula Presented] is reported using [Formula Presented] data collected with the Beijing Spectrometer detector at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider. The branching ratios are determined to be [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] The results are compared with model predictions.
