Abstract

The exchange bias in Fe/Cr double superlattices was demonstrated utilizing the oscillatory interlayer exchange coupling in the superlattices. The exchange-bias field agreed with the classical formula for collinear spin structures and polarized neutron reflectivity analysis confirmed the collinear spin distribution. The double superlattices showed a coherent antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic interfaces.
