Abstract

The Dynamical mean field theory was used to analyze the electronic susceptibility and Curie temperature of the double exchange model (DEM). By assuming a semicircular density of states, an analytic relation of the Curie temperature was obtained in the limit of large Hund's coupling. The expression for the Curie temperature was found to agree with an earlier result based on the local moment susceptibility.
