Abstract
Electrochemical behavior of gallium was studied in 3LiCl-2KCl and 6NaCl-9KCl-5CsCl eutectic based melts at 450-650 oC using potentiometry, cyclic voltammetry and cathodic polarization measurements. Mechanism of Ga(III) ions reduction was assessed and electrode potentials of gallium determined.
