Abstract

In the present work, the effects of the ECF have been investigated using the method of inelastic scattering of hot neutrons in compound HoBa2Cu3O7 at T=4.2; 78; 300 K. Measurements were taken on the 'Neutron-3' triaxial spectrometer with constant Q=11.6 nm-1, fixed wavelength of neutrons λ=0.2984 nm. The instrumental resolution for transmission energy E=O meV was 0.5 meV. Pyrographite was used for the analyzer. According to the neutron diffraction analysis, the 40 g ceramic specimen was single-phase. The superconducting point Tc=93 K, width of resistance transition 0.8 K.
