Abstract

The correlation between the structural properties of dendrimers and their dynamic behavior was investigated by using small-angle x-ray scattering (SAXS) and neutron spin-echo (NSE) spectroscopy. The pair distance distribution functions and the segment density profiles were obtained by using model independent approach employing inverse Fourier transformation (IFT) and square root deconvolution methods (SQDEC). The results showed that the diffusion coefficients determined by using NSE were in agreement with respect to the result obtained by using SAXS spectra.
