Abstract
This paper describes the design of a simple electro-hydraulic draft control system mounted on an indoor soil bin carriage. The transfer function development and comparison of simulated and actual system response are discussed. The control system will be utilized for future work in intelligent controller design for electro-hydraulic control systems. A procedure for mathematically modeling this electro-hydraulic control system was investigated. A comparison of simulated and actual system responses is included.
