Abstract

Elastic neutron scattering analysis on La1.875Ba0.125-xSrxCuO4 (LBSCO) single crystals was presented. The Ba/Sr ratio of this system can modify the crystal structure from the low-temperature tetragonal (LTT) to the low-temperature orthorhombic (LTO) phase without changing carrier concentration. Results showed that there is a strong structural effect on the charge-density-wave (CDW) order in the 1/8-hole doped LBSCO system.
