Abstract

In contrast to conventional assumption of nonexistent second-order nonlinear effects in centrosymmetric materials based on the electric dipole approximation, we theoretically and experimentally demonstrate even harmonics generation and their wavefront manipulation in nonlocal centrosymmetric metasurfaces.
