Abstract
Resonant nuclear reflectivity of multilayer structures measured in the specular region as a function of the angle of incidence and Mössbauer velocity (or delay time) contains full depth-selective information on hyperfine interactions. High intensity synchrotron sources may open the way to Mössbauer reflectometry.
