Abstract
The dielectric and crystallographic properties of ceramic Ba8ZnTa6O24 were investigated. The crystal structure of the compound was also examined. It was found that the ceramic material has excellent dielectric properties, with a high unloaded quality factor Qu= 20 800 at 3.28 GHz.
