Abstract

A SWCNT-SA mode-locked “mixed” sesquioxide Tm:(Lu2/3Sc1/3)2O3 ceramic laser generates nearly transform-limited pulses with a duration of 58 fs at 2076 nm for an average output power of 114 mW at ~82.9 MHz repetition rate.
