Develop new methods, strategies and technology for characterizing, modeling, remediating, and monitoring soils and groundwater contaminated with metals, radionuclides, and chlorinated organics. Includes computational, bench-scale, and field-scale actitivies and engagement of stakeholders to guide technical direction and transfer results. Includes multiple year planning efforts.
