HPC Colony II

Colony II will demonstrate new levels of portability and scalability on machines consisting of up to one million cores. With portable scalability as a overarching goal, Colony II will incorporate several interrelated methodologies which affect how much effort applications must expend to satisfactorily scale to these levels.
