I am a Computational Scientist at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Currently, my research focuses on using machine learning, quantum computing, graph theory, and other data-driven techniques to reveal the essential physics of complex systems in physical and biological sciences. They are targeted at applications like characterizing and modeling turbulent flows in the atmosphere and ocean, segmentation and material decomposition problems in biomedical imaging applications, and identifying key microbe-host interactions in fungal communities for biofertilizer development and drug discovery.
